Assorted charcuterie, craft cheeses, olives, pickled vegetables, jams, crusty bread

Cocktail: Americana

1 oz. Pappy Van Winkle 10 year 90 proof

½ oz. Campari

¾ oz. Punt e Mes Sweet Vermouth

Regan’s Orange bitters

Topped with bubbly &  orange oil


Shaved fennel, mushrooms, Vidalia onions, Parmesan curls, olive oil, black pepper

Cocktail: A Whisper of Wheat

1 oz. Pappy Van Winkle 10 year 107 proof bourbon

1 oz. Amaro Nonino

¾ oz. fresh lemon juice

½ oz. simple syrup

egg white

Regan’s Orange bitters inside, Peychaud bitters on top


Venison loin rubbed with coffee, salt, & bourbon barrel aged maple sugar; sautéed ramps with bacon, warm baby spinach, & pureed cauliflower

Cocktail: Pappy’s Pride

1 ½ oz. Pappy Van Winkle 10 year 107 proof

½ oz. Averna Amaro

½ oz. Blis Maple Syrup

½ oz. Punt e Mes Sweet Vermouth

Barspoon lemon juice, Regan’s Orange bitters, lemon twist


Chocolate layer cake with Valrhona dark chocolate, Pappy 20 year bourbon pecan frosting

Cocktail: Kentucky Flip

Pappy Van Winkle 12 year bourbon

whole egg

½ oz. tawny port

½ oz. Cynar

½ oz. Rich simple syrup

Regan’s Orange bitters in, Fee’s Old Fashioned bitters on top

After Dinner:

Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve 15 year, neat
